Privacy and email removal
Joining is optional. We collect your email only to notify you if the planned Franchise royalty statements pack becomes available. No payment, financial files, account or email delivery is involved now.
Your email and permission
Your email, permission version and time, joining/expiry times and a hash of your private removal code are stored only in this product’s Cloudflare D1 database. We do not send this list to a CRM or mailing service. Permission covers one availability notice, not newsletters or general marketing.
Entries expire 90 days after first joining; repeats do not extend that date. Expired entries are excluded immediately from use and physically deleted by hourly cleanup within the following hour. Removing an entry deletes it immediately. We have not commissioned email exports or backups; any hosting-provider recovery retention follows its applicable terms, not a promise that uninspected provider copies disappear instantly.
Limited visit and action counts
The statement-pack page assigns a random ID to your browser tab, held in session storage until the tab closes. The server stores only a keyed pseudonymous hash, fixed source labels and action times for up to 30 days, then deletes them through hourly cleanup. These count tabs, not verified people. They do not contain your email, raw tab ID, IP address, browser identity, full referrer, search terms or financial data. This privacy page sends no behavioral analytics. Our hosting provider may process connection metadata, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
Remove your email
A private code is shown once after a new signup. It only permits deletion; it cannot retrieve an email, account or history. Opening a removal link does not remove anything. Press the button below to request removal.
If you no longer have the code, your entry will expire within 90 days of joining. We cannot recover a private code from an unauthenticated email claim.
What we do not collect
No sales files, rates, franchisee details, payment details, provider login, cookies or persistent browser profile are requested. Avoid placing your email or private code in a URL query, public message or financial file.
